Creole Pork Chops

Creole Pork Chops

Quick, easy and delicious pork chops with white or brown rice and creole sauce on top.

6 or 8 Pork Chops
1 cup Catsup
1/2 cup Water
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and pepper

Brown the pork chops in a skillet, your InstantPot,  or your Fagor multi-cooker with some salt and pepper.  Drain the fat and then add all of the other ingredients.  Bring to a boil and then turn it down and let it simmer on low heat for 1 hour or pressure cook on high for 25 minutes. I will usually cook up a batch of white or brown rice in my Aroma© rice cooker or my Fagor© Lux multi-cooker. Top the rice with the creole sauce.
