At times my freezer looks like the international house of sausage.
Rarely is there time at our place to have breakfast in the morning. Occasionally, There are Saturdays when the opportunity presents itself. This is great Saturday morning breakfast recipe with potatoes, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and sausage. It takes a little time but is worth it.
Chili-mac is quick, easy and full of flavor. This was so tasty that my wife had seconds and still wanted more, but restrained herself so she could have some for lunch the next day. Next time, I might add some corn for a burst of color.
